About the Role: Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role, working across the full spectrum of content briefs that come into the Origin Brand & Design function. As a senior operator in our growing Content Design team, you'll be responsible for crafting rich storytelling across brand content, digital experiences and customer collateral. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for a permanent position. Responsibilities: Use research methodologies to design and craft bespoke content strategies. Utilise data to make prioritisation calls and find opportunities to grow Origin’s customer base and deliver exceptional customer experiences Develop informative online content and work closely with our UX team to build out online journeys Create help, guidance, and advice messaging to support customers in onboarding and new product education. Brief internal Design and Brand teams for digital asset creation, as well as external agencies when required for multimedia or other content assets Utilise content patterns and content modelling methodologies to create reusable content assets using Origin’s existing style guides and content systems Plan and execute content journeys across our CMS, with a key focus on user experience and SEO About you: We’re looking for someone who can use user-centred design principles to create content that will lead people through the funnel from awareness to decision to conversion. You’ll have strong strategic content experience and know how to create content journeys that are based on customer needs. In this role you’ll be able to showcase your: Proven content design and development experience. Experience in a UX / CX environment using design-centered thinking. Solid experience in different content research methodologies to inform content decisions. Knowledge of how to personalize and optimise content based on segmentation and data insights. Skills across process and design tools such as; CMS, Asana, Slack, Jira, Confluence, GSuite and Figma. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Customer advocacy and a pragmatic 'can-do' attitude. Desirable skills: You’ve worked in a range of different and relevant contexts. Experience in start-up, agile or transformational working environments, supporting customer migrations. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress or web page builds highly desirable.
