Your Role with CMW We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Principal or Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our expanding team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing ground investigations, design, and reporting of geotechnical projects with the support of other CMW personnel. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the team to develop, provide, and promote technical solutions, options, and initiatives tailored to meet client needs. Monitoring project progress against established budgets. Managing fieldwork and deriving ground models. Preparing proposals, technical documents, and other relevant correspondence. Undertaking geotechnical design and analyses across various landforms. Qualifications and Skills To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: A relevant degree in Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale geotechnical investigation projects. Proven ability to mentor and train junior engineers. Proficiency in geotechnical software such as Geostudio, Wallap, Slide 2D/3D, or similar. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
