Our Customer Service Representatives are an integral part in providing high quality customer experience to our growing Home Broadband customers through providing technical guidance and resolution. The role of CSR has a direct impact on the business and is critical for our success. What will you do? Answer customer queries in relation to sales, billing, technical support, installation and provisioning requests. Deliver a high level of customer interaction by communicating, prioritizing and actioning queries ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner. Work with the team to provide solutions for customers regarding technical and maintenance requests. Communicate with customers proactively and enthusiastically. Manage and resolve customer billing queries by liaising with sales and technical staff. Deliver an excellent customer experience by demonstrating high levels of technical knowledge & positive interaction. About you: Highly empathetic and curious learner Previous experience in customer service or client facing role. Ability to build and maintain both strong internal relationships and professional relationships with clients. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Technical understanding and ability to resolve complex issues. Professionally conducting all communication with customers with an understanding of etiquette and appropriate resolution of matters.
