Following the principles of UX design to understand the needs and goals of the target audience to design and test solutions to help build our future digital customer journey. Working closely with department heads, solution delivery, marketing, the voice of the customer, and technical leads to help lead UX design best practices as we transform to a customer-centric organisation. YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE… Optimising the visual styling of websites, apps, portals, and digital products, focussing on the needs to engage customers and improve their experience Participate in workshops and thought leadership activities across the company to help define user experience strategies and solutions Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., useability, findability) and integrate design system elements to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to delivery teams Work closely with the VoC (voice of customer) team to perform user studies and conduct concept and useability testing to understand the impact of design as we test with users, and constantly innovate to improve the customer's experience Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards alongside the management of SG Fleet's digital design system Work with delivery teams to support the implementation of designs A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Essential Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role Strong portfolio of design projects - Display in the interview Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (e.g., Balsamiq or Figma) Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with business acumen Excellent communication skills to drive customer-first design principles across the business.
