Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include: Assisting clients with the selection of materials and finishes. Responding to client and supplier queries in a timely manner. Providing superior service to our clients, including taking a professional approach that upholds the company’s service standards and culture. Delivering clear and concise documentation. Preparing detailed costings and variations. The upkeep and entry of all client information and communication. Weekend work required on a rotating roster. The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: Professional presentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
