THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Southside Retail Manager . This position involves working as part of our collaborative Queensland Retail Team, reporting to the Qld Retail Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Support Store Managers to achieve NPBT KPI’s in each store in the designated region. Achieve sales targets for each store in the designated region. Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising to optimise sales and reduce losses. Maintain stock integrity and support with Stocktakes as required. Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required. Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment. ABOUT YOU Must have a passion for learning and a desire of continuous career growth.
