Due to incredible growth, this family-owned Australian business is now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, cultivate relationships, and shape the overall sales strategy which will include team expansion within the first 6 months. THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for you to make this role your own and where you will play a pivotal role in achieving a 25% year-on-year growth. Over the next 12 months you will be involved in the following and more… Take immediate ownership of existing sales opportunities by closing open opportunities, building relationships, and reaching out to warm/hot leads (there are lots) Collaborate with hiring a customer success role to support the sales function Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the school and early learning network and expand into other emerging networks including commercial, aged care and trade Work alongside marketing to create sales campaigns Use your forecasting and reporting experience to inform strategic decisions and optimise sales initiatives ABOUT YOU: Proven experience in a similar product-based sales role, ideally with a background in education and government sales / an understanding of their networks Experience creating sales strategies, building teams, and managing staff Strong analytical skills, including forecasting and reporting Sound technical ability with CRMS such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP Any experience or knowledge of email marketing would be advantageous THE PERKS: You will be joining a vibrant, fun, and passionate small business that is growing rapidly presenting an incredible mission-critical opportunity for you to be part of something BIG You will be given free rein to take ownership of all things revenue and client-generation allowing you to make this role your own.
