Customer Service Consultant - Oxley CSR Limited is a leading Australian Manufacturing business with a rich history and an exciting future. Recognised for our innovative and sustainable manufacturing approach, our high performing products are used in homes and businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.As the Customer Service Consultant, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the selection centre, providing exceptional customer service, and building ongoing professional relationships with all customers visiting the centre. This position is offering permanent part time work 3 days per week, hours will be 7:30am - 3:30pm. You will also need to be flexible with working one (1) rostered Saturday per month 8:00am - 2:00pm. Key Accountabilities:Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all visitors to the selection centreManage product brochure displays and maintain ample supplies of brochures, sample bags, boxes, and external colour samplesUphold high housekeeping standards throughout the selection centre and cash sales yard, including plant debris removalPack and coordinate the transportation of display boards and samplesExecute sales and sample orders using SAPAccept customer payments, including credit/debit cards and cash transactionsReplenish stock from PGH brick plants and receive stock at the siteEnsure completion of monthly audit reports and stocktakes for the selection centreSupport Account Managers with quote and order processing, including other builder reportsProcess customer quotes and orders in SAP, handling inboxes and incoming phone queuesAddress over-the-counter inquiries for PGH & MonierImplement all marketing initiatives provided by the head office teamMaintain regular communication with staff to keep them informed about project builder requirementsOffer innovative ideas and contribute to process improvementsConduct routine cycle counts and stocktakes in the cash sales yardTake proactive and decisive actions to enhance team effectiveness and ensure excellent customer serviceAdhere to WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibilities matrix About You:Prior background in a customer service role (desirable)Experience in manufacturing, building, or construction industries (desirable)Proficient computer skills with a preference for SAP experience (desirable)Proven ability to establish strong relationships both internally and externallyEager and willing to learn about these exciting products.
