Vendella is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Develop product and industry knowledge through ongoing training and engage in continual self-development to stay up-to-date. Assist Sales Representatives in managing accounts and support trip planning, including region and frequency considerations. Resolve customer queries promptly, manage returns, log error reports, and take corrective actions. Maintain and update potentials on CRM, assign pipeline tasks weekly, and provide updates on significant jobs. Prepare proposals and quotes in a timely manner, and send samples and additional information as required. Timeously process orders, especially urgent ones, review pending orders, and follow up on backorders and dated orders. Set up saved carts and accounts, assist customers with online accounts and password resets. Assist Customer Care when required and submit a daily call activity report. Requirements Qualifications: Proven work experience in Sales or Sales Support. Hands-on experience with ERP & CRM systems. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Strong organization and prioritization abilities. Maintain a tidy desk and work area. Adaptability to changing work demands.
