We are seeking a proactive Receptionist to join our thriving Administration/ Front Reception team at Ramsay Psychology Bundoora About the Role We are seeking highly organised, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected reception team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service in the coordination of administration functions. This will involve, but is not limited to, providing support and assistance to the administrative and clinical teams, patients and relatives, by coordinating the clerical requirements for patients from admission to discharge along with directly manning the front reception of the hospital. About You Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work in a fast paced environment, ability to handle multiple tasks and experience working within a hospital setting will be critical for this role. You will also bring; Effective communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills High level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work with limited supervision Meditech Patient Management System experience (desirable) Understanding of Health Funds, Contracts and their application (desirable) Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate of $25.88 superannuation based on experience and qualifications.
