Due to an internal promotion and expansion plans, the business is now seeking a driven Assistant Finance Manager to elevate the finance team. Celebrating creativity, innovation, and disruption, the business is seeing growth and is now seeking for an ambitious Assistant Finance Manager to join the Finance team. Description Lead the annual budgets and forecast for management. Manage and ensure continuous development of the Assistant Accountant. Maintain accurate property portfolio reports for management. Maintain and provide accurate CAPEX investment records, monitoring spending against budget. Analyse financial data to provide insights into supporting decision-making processes. Identify gaps in current financial procedures and policies, and assisting with implementations. Assist with statutory audit including arranging valuation reports and liaising with external auditors. Assist with and review the month-end closing and reporting.
