Primary Location VIC - Melbourne Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join Service Stream in our Corporate sector based in Melbourne, VIC About the Role Service Stream's Corporate division is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing company. Reporting to the Office Support Lead your main responsible is to provide administrative and managerial support to Transactional Services and the overall organisation and assist with the running of Head Office reception for the Group. Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time Location: Melbourne, VIC Reporting Line: Office Support Lead Key Responsibilities: Perform front desk operations such as greeting people, switchboard management, mail processing, couriers, meeting & conference room preparation & coordination, general typing & document preparation, and maintaining the presentation of Head Office common areas Assist with co-ordination of meetings as requested, planning for in-house events, such as catering, audio-visual requirements and hosting Ordering Stationery / office supplies Providing administrative assistance, including but not limited to - Preparation and formatting of documentation, presentations and spread sheets, coordination of projects and ad-hoc tasks, filing of documents, Invoice management and other ad hoc administrative support as required Assist internal stakeholders with travel reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations, including booking domestic and international reservations for air travel, rail tickets, hotel and car rentals About you: Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Bright and friendly demeanour High level of administration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and autonomously About Us: Service Stream, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading national service provider to develop and operate Australia's essential communications, energy and water networks in the telecommunications, utilities and transport industries.
