We have an opportunity for an ambitious Legal Secretary to join our client based in Adelaide CBD. Our client is looking for an experienced Legal secretary with a minimum of 2-4 years experience. This position is to join their collaborative Personal Injury team. The team is known for its excellent culture and team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the day to day support of the lawyers and partners. You will enjoy an energetic and friendly working environment and provide a high level of administrative assistance and support to professional staff on a broad range of legal matters. Core duties and responsibilities of the role include: Provide administrative support to Partners and Lawyers Document production including drafting and typing of correspondence, edits, preparing and finalising reports and presentations Assisting in preparation for court proceedings and compiling briefs Client reporting and assisting with client enquiries Requirements The successful applicant will possess the following: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal secretarial role within a law firm, ideally in a plaintiff insurance team, but we can look at other backgrounds.
