Your Position: Six Degrees is seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Administrator with a passion for commercial & industrial developments and working for a developer builder. With a solid 15-year presence in the Brisbane market, our client, a prominent developer-builder, boasts a robust pipeline extending into 2025. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll begin with office fit-out projects, with an option to progress on to larger developments as your skills and business understanding evolve. An outcome-focused mindset is essential, and flexibility, including remote work options, is offered. Your Key Responsibilities: Ability to produce and undertake take offs. Estimating General administration Procurement Exposure and experience with subcontract scope writing and letting of trades RFI’s Subcontract (SC) Payments Head Contract (HC) Claims Variations – SC/HC Your Qualifications / Experience: 2-5 Years experience in commercial construction contract administration. Working knowledge and experience with construction specific programs Procore (Preferred), Jobpac, Cheops, Jonas Premier. Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or Trade qualifications with experience in a CA position. Fit-out project experience up to $5m. Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as work collaboratively with a team. Thorough knowledge of applicable legal terminology, contract language interpretation, and Terms and Conditions. Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
