About the role: As an experienced and collaborative leader within warehousing, you'll thrive on mentoring and leading a small team, supervising ongoing operations to ensure efficient processes and strong safety work culture. Key Responsibilities: Commitment to work, health and safety performed with compliance to operational guidelines, company policies and regulations OH & S Enforcer (forklifts, harness, signs. etc), reporting or rectifying anything out of place Implement management inventory control systems Optimize warehouse layout for stock order, containers and supply management Maintenance and control stock take, input and output of purchase orders Collaborate and lead with teams in sales and client services to ensure timely fulfilments General housekeeping to ensure organised work environment About you : LF & LO licence - essential Prior leadership experience to leading warehouse environment. Computer skills for warehouse and data management systems Detailed oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and able to task prioritize.
