Who we are/The Organisation McArthur Community Care is a Registered NDIS Provider in Victoria. We specialise in delivering individualised and flexible supports through a holistic and person-centred approach to maintain independence and social connection with the community. The Role We are seeking qualified Disability Support Workers who have specific experience in working with people who have a range of disabilities including intellectual, ABI, neurological, cognitive, sensory, physical impairment, psycho-social and autism. Successful Candidates The successful candidate will need to be reliable, caring, compassionate and flexible to work with a wide range of people living with disabilities. You must also hold a current National Police clearance, Victorian Working with Childrens Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and all other relevant training including your current CPR and First Aid, Manual Handling training and COVID-19 Vaccinations. The Team Our Community Care Team will offer you your own dedicated Service Coordinator to support you on a daily basis and ensure you have 24/7 support from our dedicated After-hours team and hotline. You will also have ongoing 1:1 Supervision and Support by a Workforce Coordinator whose role is to ensure your Mental and Physical Wellbeing is maintained.
