About the Role Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties; • Deliver comprehensive, business-oriented people service to designated business units, fostering robust, trust-based relationships grounded in the company's core values. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, implementing tailored programs to bolster employee engagement and well-being. • Spearhead the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring seamless integration and proper setup. • Provide adept HR generalist support, particularly in handling low-level employee relations matters. • Take the lead in managing WorkCover processes, crafting effective return-to-work plans, and collaborating with external stakeholders when necessary. • Coordinate dynamic Talent Attraction activities and initiatives for talent pooling, aligning strategies with organisational goals. • Offer support in HR Administration as needed, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures.
