The Administration Officer provides support to the clients and staff of the Chronic and Complex Care Stream of Primary Care and Community Health. This role will see you work efficiently by providing support to all areas of the department. You will have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and have regular communication with the Team Leader. Your role will provide effective and efficient service adherence to NSW Health Policy & Procedures and all business rules within the department. A NSW Health agency may require further information about the medical contraindication (including but not limited to an Immunisation Medical Exemption form – IM011 form).   Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.     Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa. Selection criteria to be addressed: Demonstrated skills in providing reception, switchboard, customer service and administration support functions Demonstrated experience in working with electronic and physical record keeping systems for both health care records and corporate records. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated experience in using the suite of Microsoft Office products Demonstrated proven experience in the use of online procurement and electronic staff rostering systems. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work as part of a team Good verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels Well-developed organisational, prioritisation and time management skills. Current drivers licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
