Work on-site in a range of premium venues across Sydney Oversee the accurate and consistent preparation and presentation of all dishes at functions and events Oversee a team of junior chefs Work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to deliver high-quality menus Work closely with Event Managers and Function Supervisors to meet all client needs About You Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent work experience 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel, large-scale restaurant or catering company Passionate about producing quality dishes Driven to achieve the highest standards in an efficient manner Strong time management and planning skills Able to effectively manage and motivate a team of chefs Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow standard recipes Valid working rights in Australia About The Fresh Collective The Fresh Collective is a Sydney based hospitality group also operating in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Perth, delivering exceptional experiences and premium food and beverage events.
