This is a casual role for up to 38 hours a week across Monday to Friday, including coverage for leave and as the practice expands. Flexible availability is essential. Ideally you will have at least 1 year of Australian experience as a Dental Assistant, but this is not essential. This is a role with mainly dental assisting includes chairside assistance & attending sterilisation duties. We will also train you for light front office duties, responsibilities include: Phone calls, booking appointments, recalls and liaising with patients Processing payments, preparing and cleaning the treatment room Chairside assisting, sterilisation procedures and strict infection control You will: Have strong communication and phone skills, able to build rapport quickly Be confident, able to multi-task and work independently Be a team player, reliable, trustworthy, polite and have a strong work ethic Be competent with and willing to learn new technology Have a commitment to providing excellent patient care Have unrestricted working rights for Australia. Experience with EXACT software and a Cert III in Dental Assisting is also an advantage Are you a fast learner and willing to work as part of a team, with some flexibility with working hours?
