Redox supplies local Australian based Manufactures with the ingredients to make their products. We sell directly to other Businesses and our products are found in a wide range of industries and consumer goods such as personal care items like the shampoo in your bathroom or plastics – like the device you are currently reading this advert on. We provide ingredients to treat the water you drink, the salt in your food, fertilizers for crop propagation, ingredients for dyes on your clothes and many more essential consumer and industrial goods. About the Graduate Program Our program is an entry level position for someone who has completed their Bachelors degree ideally in a Science or Business. You either love Science but are not interested in research or a laboratory position. Or you have a Business degree and want to pursue a sales career. You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within the water treatment division to start you on your career. Our Grads typically stay in their first role 12-18 months whilst they are learning and developing their skills for a long-term career. This position is full time and at completion is a promotion within the business. There are clear lines of progression within Redox with numerous examples of long term tenure. More than just a job, Redox offers a career. About the role This role is balanced between hands-on visits with your customers and desk-based work. A typical day involves information gathering, creating proposals, price negotiation, customer visits and consulting with internal and external stakeholders. About you You have recently complete a degree in Science or Business in the last 2 years and want to turn your education into a successful Sales career.
