You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. What does your new role look like? Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering Responding to a range of employee queries and rostering requests Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email Maintaining client and staff database/records Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters Assisting with facility accounts Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. Does this sound like you?
