YOUR Role As a Transport Operations Administrator within our centralised team at Cranbourne West VIC , you'll provide essential and broad administrative support to the transport operations and management team with all operational activities, to help ensure that we run smoothly day-to-day. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Specifically, you will: Complete routine and ad-hoc data entry of driver worksheets / diaries in our systems Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks related to transportation operations. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to transportation operations Focus on COR compliance for the transport function Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and driver schedules. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate has experience in transport administration role, alternatively, we'd be happy to hear from those with a background in data entry / administration. Good communication, customer service, time management and planning skills Intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally Bonus: Experience in manifesting, and data entry in Transport Operations. In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
