Join as a Level 2 ICT Helpdesk Support Administrator, responsible for in-depth troubleshooting and back end analysis. What you will do: Provide level 2 and 3 IT support to students from Year 1 to Year 12, staff, and the School Principal. Assist in creating user documentation and managing ICT self-service tools. Aid staff and students in operational application training. Contribute to general user account management. Offer assistance to clients in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Perform classroom maintenance tasks during term break holidays. Maintain accurate records of devices and ICT assets. ICT Infrastructure Support. What you have done: 4 years of experience in Help Desk Support, level 2. Ability to develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of all students. Utilisation of student learning data for targeted teaching and reviewing learning programs. Demonstrated positive contributions to student well-being programs. Proficiency in student management. Evidence of innovative practices. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated through effective communication and building constructive relationships across the School. Experience working as part of a diverse team and autonomously with limited supervision.
