About the Client Our client is in the Commercial Real Estate industry and has been in business for many years. They have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join their fun and friendly team. This role will be based in Penrith and does require working from the office. About the Role Your primary responsibility will be to support and assist the busy Accounts Manager with the smooth running of the full accounts function of the business. The role will involve: Accurately maintaining records of documentation Bank reconciliations Processing and assisting with End of Month activities Entering supplier invoices Preparing accounts payable cheques and fund transfers Following up on outstanding payments Processing relevant forms for clients Preparing, filing and mailing invoices, receipts, cheques and any other requested items Building strong rapport with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, etc General administration and any adhoc duties as directed About You We are looking for a career-focused, personable and friendly accounts administrator with real estate experience (or someone with any real estate experience looking for a change) who is willing to learn, take direction from others and work well in a team.
