About North East Link The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project. The Spark Consortium's Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project. The Central Package will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership and provides three-lane twin tunnels that will close the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network from the M80 Ring Road to an upgraded Eastern Freeway, reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads. About the Opportunity SPARK North East Link is looking for a Virtual Superintendent Administrator, who will effectively manage the administration of VS while also providing support and training to the Commercial teams and subcontractors utilizing VS. You will contribute to continuous improvement activities to find new and better ways of operating, leading to increased effectiveness and efficiency, and be a continuous support throughout the contract lifecycle. This role will be accountable for: Daily and weekly progress reports for cost and utilisation. Generate and maintain dashboards with key metrics working closely with the Governance team Provide support and training to the Commercial teams and subcontractors utilising VS Ensure effective and efficient communication with the Commercial team and Delivery Partners regarding VS utilisation and improvements. Maintain collaborative relationship with all key internal and external parties. Data Entry of subcontractor rates and creation of approval workflow routes Attendance on site to assist with subcontractor queries and commercial team queries. Maintaining the VS workspace assisting with communications regarding software issues and upgrades Update subcontractor rates on an annual basis as part of the parent child arrangement Assist in setting up Subcontracts in VS and provide support in onboarding subcontractors in VS Collect ongoing feedback and potential innovations and development opportunities.
