The OpportunityBased in our North Sydney offices, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial & Operations team to provide support across the contract lifecycle In this varied role, you will be responsible for a range of key Commercial & Administrative functions such as:Providing support within the Commercial Administration team including overseeing shared email inboxes and responding to incoming queries in a timely and efficient manner.Assisting in facilitating rental payment processing, preparation and review of NRS reports, creation of reconciliations, and obtaining necessary approvals.Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Commercial Operations, Finance & and strategy to ensure seamless processing of licence and payment data.Maintaining leasing owner and payment data across internal databases and trackers.Facilitating recurring WIP meetings with internal stakeholders and responding to requests for reports and other ad hoc matters.The Experience:This opportunity would suit someone with a background in either contracts administration, PA, paralegal or administrative work.
