CELOTTI WORKFORCE are actively seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our client on a full time permanent basis, in North Lakes QLD. Summary: The Contracts Administrator plays a crucial role in facilitating and managing contractual agreements between our organization and external parties. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks associated with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of contract management processes. Key Accountabilities: Contract Development and Review Contract Administration Compliance Management Risk Mitigation Negotiation and Relationship Management Communication and Documentation Continuous Improvement Personal Attributes: Integrity and ethical conduct. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and a willingness to learn. Qualifications & Experience: 5 years relevant experience Experience in civil/construction industry Qualifications in either engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal or business discipline highly advantageous Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts Experience leading commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Experience and understanding of contract management/administration in Construction projects.
