We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator who can join a well-established team and have the ability to oversee other departments within the business. Responsibilities: Manage the Supply Chain of your assigned account/s to ensure the delivery of the expected service level and customer experience Continuously review and improve your customers' process to advance their overall business Ensure timely communication and feedback to customers on all issues affecting/impacting their business. Liaise with customer stakeholders to ensure projects and deliveries are carried out on time Liaise with internal Key Account teams and other internal stakeholders managing feedback regarding customer outcomes Build solid Intra company relationships locally and overseasEffectively oversee projects for customers to ensure the best possible outcomes. Customer inventory management to enhance the customer experience for your assigned account/s Skills and Qualifications: High-level communication skills as well as the ability to maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally Ability to work under pressure and multitask Excellent interpersonal skills Good verbal and written skills Good understanding of Microsoft Applications.
