Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Office Management: Assist in maintaining a well-organised and efficient office environment by managing office supplies, coordinating facility needs, and ensuring a professional atmosphere. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, ensuring smooth and efficient business trips. Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Communication: Act as a liaison between CEO, team members, and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication within the organisation. Project Support: Assist in various projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks and objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administration Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
