You will be tasked with nurturing relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients Responsibilities: Your focus will develop strong relationships with Plumbing Merchants such as Reece, Tradelink, Plumbers Coop, Plumbtec, Samios Refrigeration Merchants & Heatcraft, Actrol, Reece, Airefrig, Beiger ref OEMs - Auscoil, Rheem Plumbing, Heading and Refrigeration Contractors Increase sales of HVAC & plumbing merchant sector Create a brand led demand with contractors using a a push/pull strategy Maintain and increase market awareness across Plumbing & HVAC industries Develop and implement strategic customer account management plan, with a strategy to increase market share within each customer Maintaining a strong & robust pipeline and order forecast REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in managing relationships with plumbing & refrigeration merchants Be driven to succeed and results focused Strong sales and negotiation skills Be organized as well as efficient with time management.
