As a senior member of the team, reporting directly to the Engineering and Reliability Superintendent, this multifaceted role will see you leading a team of Engineering & Reliability professionals, where you will play a pivotal role in implementing systems and standards for maintenance, asset management, and condition and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing a team of Engineering & Reliability professionals; Leading strategic maintenance initiatives to achieve reliability and optimisation of total asset costs of the operation and influence stakeholders and implement change, bringing everyone along on the journey to understand the benefits you will deliver.
