Job Summary As the Equity Research Sales, you will bring an established network of institutional equity investor clients to the RBC platform to drive and further develop our expanding domestic and global platform. What is the opportunity? As the Equity Research Sales, you will bring an established network of institutional equity investor clients to the RBC platform to drive and further develop our expanding domestic and global platform. What will you do? Maintain, develop and expand institutional client relationships with key domestic and global accounts Leverage RBC's extensive global network embracing a collegiate approach with peers in equities, capital markets and investment banking Act as a mentor and champion of junior talent in both sales, trading and research Work closely with RBC's extensive global network of research analysts and support their goals and recognition with client base Support Head of Sales role and Head of Equities in the development and execution in all parts of the business strategy Bring high degree of market knowledge and experience; develop and communicate trading ideas and adding value to client base Requires high level of self-motivation, enthusiasm and energy to thrive in a fast paced global environment What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Must maintain level of knowledge through CPD Equities knowledge Understanding of financial markets Building strong and enduring client relationships that focus on a win-win situation Seeking to understand what our clients need and offer advice and solutions that are right for them Strong knowledge of MS Office, with advanced-level Excel skills What's in it for you?
