You will lead a team of 6 Sales Representatives across NSW & QLD to drive performance and results. You will spend 60-70% of your time in field with your team to identify framework for coaching and mentoring. It's imperative you like leading a team and you show care for them and care how they perform and work with all levels of skill in the team to make each individual better. Your team will sell to a wide range of external stakeholders from nurses all the way to C-Suite. You will need exposure at this level and experience working within a capital equipment portfolio of very technical products. You will identify new high growth markets for new products; develop a strategic plan and business strategies for new products, identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors. WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? We are looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device/capital equipment sales & a minimum of 3 years' in sales management, selling into hospitals mandatory. Tertiary qualifications are preferred in nursing, science or business. Demonstrated success, growing market share & revenue, leading a hospital sales team in medical technology. Strong coaching & mentoring experience with a motivating leadership style with expertise in the understanding of best practice in the sales process within hospitals.
