The preferred candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to engage and inspire our students and staff, and be able to effectively lead our students and staff. You will be responsible for leading the day to day organisation of the school, and as such, you are a role model personally and professionally. You will have the ability to develop positive relationships, foster a culture of collaboration and inquiry and be proactive in your support of the Catholic mission and values of Mary MacKillop College. The role focuses on the daily organisation of the College, ensuring that the College is focused on optimal opportunities for learning and teaching.
