Part time (0.8 FTE), ongoing position Salary based on experience, range: $55,640 - $75,668 (pro rata) plus super Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model About the role: We are searching for a dynamic Administration Officer who will provide administrative services to the Panels team and the Quality Assurance team, including handling emails and phone support, managing correspondence and records, organising meetings, and completing tasks in VLA's grants management system. You will prioritise customer experience and strengthen relationships with clients and practice partners through the implementation of new policies and processes. This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country. About you: As our ideal candidate, you will possess: Experience in general office administration, including strong file management skills. Sound organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload, apply initiative and coordinate the competing demands of multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail. Experience and/or interest in working in a role that handles a high volume of wide-ranging enquiries and an ability to think laterally and problem solve.
