The Opportunity: Komatsu is seeking to appoint a dedicated Customer Support Sales Manager to join our Regional Parts Team based in Victoria. This pivotal role involves delivering the region's parts and service sales revenues, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The position reports to our Regional Parts Manager. The primary objective is to effectively lead a team of 11 aftermarket Customer Support Sales Representatives, geographically dispersed in South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania. This includes developing and executing strategic sales and marketing campaigns aimed at growing sales across the entire range of Komatsu products. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate exceptional customer focus and the ability to build professional relationships across various industry sectors and at all levels. They should possess strong leadership skills, be capable of managing a team, and set a positive example within the region. Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is a key focus at all times.
