You will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for providing customers with the best possible solutions for their projects, as well as collaborating on sales initiatives. Be part of a fast-growing company with an exciting future The Role Conduct all aspects of the quotation process, including producing heating plans and quotations, ensuring all information provided is accurate and following up with clients on quotes. Assisting with sales and general customer service enquires via phone, text, email and face-to-face. Taking orders and payments. Work with the team to maximise benefit from sales and marketing initiatives, and complete additional sales activities. Participate in projects and tasks and contribute ideas. Collating and filing job information. General office duties and tasks, including assisting other departments and the Management team when required. Skills Required Excellent customer service skills and able to quickly develop relationships with clients. Quick learner who is able to follow instructions and set procedures, and who has a good eye for detail. Exceptional organisational skills. Ability to multi-task, complete tasks from start to finish and meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, and ability to learn new programs and systems quickly and easily. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of energy, self-motivation and a strong work ethic. Desire to demonstrate initiative and be proactive.
