About the Role As Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, you'll support regional sales strategy design and execution. As a trusted advisor, advise the VP on regional business priorities including go-to-market. Work with Product, Marketing, and other teams to deliver business objectives. Responsibilities Designing and planning sales strategy by ensuring workable account segmentation, sales organization, and territory design Supporting the VP with quota allocation and assessing the effectiveness of sales incentives Preparing for WSC by launching yearly plans and sharing domain-related information/knowledge Ensuring a rigorous account planning process is in place for key accounts Providing business and performance insights in the form of business intelligence and advice Enhancing processes, systems, tools, and skills to ensure smooth running of the business Operating cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and other regional functions Requirements Have experience in Sales and/or Business/Sales Operations roles in complex matrixed organizations Be able to understand key regional and market developments. Possess excellent analytical skills Be able to bridge into other functions and operate cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance Have knowledge of sales processes, systems, tools Be able to provide broad strategic perspective and identify and advance improvements Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
