About the Role (your why) The Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing projects that support the sales of the organisation. Assists sales organisation in providing technical and administrative product information What You'll do The Sales Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to): Maintaining an effective pre-sales engine and to enable and optimise the sales function. Assuming accountability for driving sales activities directly with customers via developing relationships, and building alliances with key stakeholders. Fulfilling administrative and support tasks which assist the Sales team to manage opportunities, win business and close deals. Writing pre-sales content for the delivery of proposals to clients and prospects. Identifying sales leads and passing these onto other departments where you are not able to assist. Takes reasonable care that their actions (or inactions) do not harm the Health and Safety of self or others. Reports all incidents, hazards or unsafe work practices as per Datacom policy What we're looking for Sales and Administrative knowledge. Strong Business acumen Marketing Knowledge An understanding of IT services Experience 2 years in a sales/customer focussed role. Effective presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information across various levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Why join us here at Datacom?
