Our client Signal Waste is a leading provider of Waste and Recycling services. They are looking for a highly skilled Sales Representative to join their successful team. Unlike many other industries, waste management is a growing industry that is not exposed to the same economic risks of other industries. As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, along with maintaining current customer base with organic growth from within the General Waste, Recycling & Liquid Waste business across the Metropolitan and local country areas of Adelaide. Working with various industries, you will have a key focus on new business opportunities and work towards growth targets and a sustainable future. Responsibilities will include: • Responsible for the sale of general and liquid waste management solutions across Adelaide and local country areas. • Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts, building customer rapport, and generating customer loyalty. • Develop profitable new business opportunities to ensure revenue growth through new and existing clients to achieve agreed budget targets. • Maintain existing client base through sales call planning and direct contact with client representatives to enable the implementation of service agreements where possible. • Maintain strong links with the operational personnel required for service delivery and customer satisfaction The ideal candidates must have the following skills, experience and attributes: • Previous cold calling and sales experience • Experience within the waste industry or similar, desirable • Affable personality and self-motivated to succeed • Persistent, reliable, honest and trustworthy • The ability to think outside the square • The ability to work to, and report on agreed KPI’s • Engage with key customers to provide excellent customer service. • An established network of contacts is highly desirable So, if you think you have the desire, previous experience and/or attitude to be a successful part of this professional team, then please click on the icon below or email phillipjrvision.com.au Alternatively for more information, please call Phil on 0437 812 359
