About the role: The National Business Support Administrator's role will be to provide support to National Key Accounts and third-party portals within the Business Support Services team. Our Business Support Services team is critical to ensuring that we provide first-class support to branches and customers with the National Administrators playing a vital part in its success. As a National Administrator, you will support National Key Accounts , Regional Portal Support, Cross-Functional support, Portal Setup Management and Occupational Health and Safety . As a focal point of communication for the Schindler business, you will get to work closely with our Branch Administration teams. The role will require a strong ability and understanding of third-party customer portals. Coach, train and follow up with the regions to make sure that invoices are loaded into customer portals Create client-specific contract invoicing reports accurately Provide cross-functional team support to areas of responsibility, when required. Upload specific client invoicing requirements to customer portals Set up and be Schindler administrator for third-party customer websites. What we are looking for: Strong ability and understanding of third-party customer portals Experience processing claims and invoices to clients Prior experience with SAP or a similar ERP system Strong MS Office skills Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a number of competing tasks Administration / Finance (Cert IV and above) or Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential .
