About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Administrator to provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to our team. As a Senior Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Mining Operations Function from a systems perspective, particularly in JDE. This is a unique role that requires exceptional time management, attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency in various systems, including JDE, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365. Additionally, you will: Arrange all travel and accommodation for the General Manager and other team members as needed. Establish and maintain an effective and confidential record and filing system for both physical and electronic documents, archiving where appropriate. Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Accounting Manager, including reporting and team administration. Reconcile expenses claims, manage invoicing, stationary orders, and filing/archiving for team members. Collate and format relevant monthly reports in a timely manner. Maintain the highest integrity and confidentiality, especially when handling tender documentation. Actively participate in team meetings, prepare agendas, and minute meetings as required. Raise requisitions and prepare purchase orders on a day-to-day basis. Handle all procurement activities for relevant departments, including raising requisitions, creating and sending orders, receipting, and reconciliation for payment. Assist in month-end processing, including accrual journals and following up on charge-out back-up. About You We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent system skills and experience in team administration to join our team. In this role, you will foster strong working relationships with internal customers, ensuring effective communication between departments. You will also provide support to achieve department objectives and celebrate team accomplishments and play a vital part of our team's growth and achievements. Additionally, you have: Year 12 Certificate, Certificate in Administration, or other relevant field. Previous experience in a team administrative role with a high level of professionalism and exposure to geographically dispersed team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced ability in Excel. Knowledge of Financial packages, preferably JDE, is desirable. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Exceptional planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Strong ability to work as part of a support team and adapt to changing stakeholder requirements.
