Work within the property sector in a combined role of Administration and Financial responsibilities for a company who mentor and train their staff Our client is looking to welcome their next staff member to join their dynamic Administration Team. Essentially you will bring a confident Administration skillset to the team which is inclusive of advanced computer skills and the capacity to learn in-house processes etc. The foundation of your role also encompasses financials in your day to day and will see you introduced to Trust Accounts which includes processing invoices, updating systems and general administration tasks. Previous exposure to Financial responsibilities would be advantageous as is an understanding of bookkeeping functions. Essential: Current experience across Administration Advanced computer skills inclusive of confident MS Excel Strong communication skills A good attitude and willingness to work as part of a Team A willingness to learn financials Applicants having general Accounts or Trust Accounting experience would be highly regarded.
