Job reference: 8388 Brand: Healius Location: Sydney Work type: Full Time (Permanent) About the role Reporting into the Manager - People & Culture Services, you will be responsible for the coordination of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, managing data entry, onboarding, recruitment coordination and liaising with payroll. You will be the first point of contact for all HR Queries and advise on company policies and procedures. Key aspects of this role will include but not be limited to: Assist in the talent acquisition process including position description development; coordinating position brief details, approvals; posting and monitoring job adverts etc Ensure the employee on-boarding experience for new employees is adhered to and employees are inducted and oriented appropriately. Provide assistance to all employees on employment related matters including leave management and interpretations of the relevant Enterprise Agreement, Awards, Agreements and conditions of employment. Manage the contract generation process for the business unit. Maintain excellent HR records including the documentation of all HR issues. Maintaining data within the HRIS system for employees and workforce contractors, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate data setup and integrity. Manage the exit processes for employees (including liaising with payroll and IT and required notice periods). At least 2 years of experience in HR coordinator or HR Administration role Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs of the business and to prioritize Ability to build partnerships and demonstrate teamwork Ability to work autonomously Professional approach and a strong customer service focus.
