CBGU JV brings together CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnel and Station Package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail, the 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new underground stations at Roma Street, Albert Street, Boggo Road and Woolloongabba, where the future upgraded Olympic stadium will stand. Be the single point of contact and manage all traffic control booking requests from precinct delivery teams - liaise with, review and process all traffic control bookings Be the single point of contact for the Traffic Control subcontractor - manage all day to day operational requirements Review of all traffic control booking requests to ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, applicable codes, standards and the CPB SE Work Near Live Traffic policy Manage submission of traffic permits to Road Authorities and review/approval process Have TMD accreditation (desirable) Undertake the preparation of Traffic Guidance Schemes and inspections/audits of Traffic Guidance Schemes Program - ensure TGS and regulatory permit approvals are in place to achieve target construction start dates Commercial - understand basis of forecast/forecast allowances, monitor daily costs Safety - ensure traffic control activities are planned and coordinated to comply with regulatory approvals/codes and standards and the SE Work Near Live Traffic. Undertake weekly safety inspections for all precincts and video drive thru's. Participate in safety reviews and Synergy task observations/inspections.
