About the role We are looking for an experienced Plant Administrator to work on our large civil/rail project based in Armadale, Western Australia. The role has flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. Key responsibilities The Role will involve exposure and involvement in a wide range of day-to-day site activities, including; Daily filing and recording of site plant and Light Vehicle (LV) prestarts Maintenance of site plant and LV service scheduling spreadsheets, including communication with supply chain when plant hours are nearing service hours, booking of LV scheduled services and filing records of all servicing Maintain efficient filing systems and records for the stores (Radios, Tools, materials) Provide administrative support to the site team in i.e raising purchase requisitions for ordering of plant, materials and maintaining records. Assisting with supply chain mobilisation of plant and personnel utilising the project mobilisation system, including reviewing documentation uploads and communicating with supply chain the site mobilisation requirements. Assisting with records of Site Pre mobilisation inspections and uploading to the site mobilisation system, including for short term mobilisation of plant. Daily reviews and filing of plant dockets in Docketbook and assisting the engineering team with daily coding. About you The ideal candidate for this role will have minimum of two years full-time administration experience preferably in a construction environment. Advanced computer competencies in all Microsoft Packages. Proven ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive adaptable attitude.
