You will provide strategic financial advice to all levels of stakeholders including executive management as well as the development of strong relationships with key external partners. To be suitable for this position, you'll need: Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role, coupled with demonstrated technical management accounting working knowledge and exposure Minimum 5 years in leading and coordinating advice and financial services relating to budgeting, management accounting and financial performance issues within a medium to large organisation A strategic thinker, client and outcomes-focused, with the ability to passionately lead the team to deliver on the required objectives Strong ability to lead, direct and advise on complex issues, proposals, submissions, and other materials to ensure financial and budget-related issues are appropriately identified and considered Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy or a similar discipline with completed/part CPA/CA certifications are advantageous but not essential High-level written and verbal communication skills including working experience with briefings and correspondences, including the ability to provide expert financial management advice to executive management aligning with strategic objectives If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please click the APPLY today
