This position is DIDO 5:2 Roster based in our Subiaco Office. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role. Previous experience working as a Site Administrator would be an advantage. Key Responsibilities include: Maintain site daily site report Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system Monitor incoming and outgoing freight Maintain stationary and office consumables. Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries. To maintain stock and purchases Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required Other operational support as required The successful applicant will ideally have: Pass Pre-employment medical Excellent communication and organisational skills Hold a current drivers licence Microsoft package – intermediate to advanced Excellent computer and software skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment About Us SRG Global is a specialist Mining, geo technical, construction and maintenance services group built to solve the complex problems across the entire asset lifecycle.
