The main objectives of the role are to provide an exemplary sales support service to our client's customers by sourcing and procuring goods for customer orders. You will be liaising with senior sales personal to ensure project deadlines are met. The role also provides administration duties to support the Media Systems Team which will include DLES. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Provide product quotes to customers and handle web inquiries Maintain product information on the company website for Media Systems Maintain, prepare and provide reports to the sales team via the Pipedrive CRM Regular contact with Media Systems clients to facilitate sales requirements Regular maintenance of vendor price lists Review and check quotations for the sales team and report any anomalies Maintain stock levels of certain products, in consultation with sales staff Create proforma invoices, to assist in working within the operations of client accounts Assistance with planning and coordinating Media Systems events Purchasing and Shipping Enter all Purchase and Customer orders in Pronto Establish new product codes in Pronto as required Receipt goods when they arrive in warehouse with freight details Once goods have been costed into stock, Customer orders can be released (after Credit Check) from Back Order Invoicing of picking slips when completed Credit Invoices or part of Invoices when applicable Ship all Australian and overseas orders, using various carriers To be Eligible Only permanent residents or Australian Citizens will be consider Proven high level of general problem solving and analytical skills a must Excellent customer service skills and ability to converse on all levels Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 3 years experience in a similar role Experience with Pronto/integrated accounting systems desirable This role has real variety and needs someone who has excellent eye for detail, ability to problem solve and build internal and external relationships.
